A Time For Peace On Earth
Reflection on what has been leads to better choices for what is to come
Welcome to the fourth and final gift of December.
This is all about peace, calmness and reflection. As we move into January I am compelled to just give a bit of a warning.
Do not set any resolutions for major changes to commence in the next few days, or indeed weeks. It is not the right time for your mind, body or soul.
What is right is instead some peace, calm, reflection and a lot of nurture. We have some months of winter resilience to factor in.
Both from a natural cycle and the social enviornment perspective we already know 2023 is not going to be easy.
So let us finish 2022 in the manner with which we should commence 2023. With all the peace we can muster. All the self harmony we can generate. All the acceptance and understanding that we can give and recieve from ourself to others.
So just consider the energy your mind, brain and body have had to find in 2022.
What has been the impact?
Are you in better or worse shape going into 2023?
These are temporal questions in many ways. We do not need to be overly concerned about the answers as long as we endeavour to make the changes required to the baseline.
Think about that.
No need for blame, shame or excuses why.
Just a commitment to working towards what needs to be done to be exactly who you want to be.
A good place to start is to just give a minute or so to meditation every single day, building up your time until you can have at least ten minutes daily.
This helps to calm the brain down.
Supports focus and attention to be where it should be.
Regulates the limbic system.
Brings peace and calmness daily to all your systems.
Does that sound like a useful thing to you?
Your final ‘Just Three Things’ are sent with so much anticipation, joy, love and peace.
I really intend that you have benefitted from my gifts this December.
Meditate on a Peaceful Tea
For this you will need the following
Chamomile, spearmint, ashwagandha, hemp and lavender.
Steep them together for around six minutes.
If you can only manage a chamomile or a calm tea that have been blended for you that is fine. What is important is that you sit and for the time you drink it you ponder on the concept of peace and what it means to you.

Have a conversation about Peace
Peace can be such a paradox. Many leaders insist that war is the only bringer of peace. How can be peace be inspired by violent acts? What does peace mean to you and to those around you. Often when I ask people what they want, they say peace without understanding what peace actually entails. So have conversations about peace to anyone and everyone. It is extremely important.
“Peace is not something you wish for, it is something you make, something you are, something you do, and something you give away. ”
