Welcome to a pinacle point of the year. It is when the day and night are more or less equal in length.

In the northern hemisphere it marks the beginning of the dimming of the light and the slowing of growth until the natural environment hits the pause of winter.

It is a good time for human beings to look to harvest what they have grown and indeed the full moon around this time is called the harvest moon as the movement within the moon cycle enables growers to be able to utilise the light to get all the growth in!

So using that metaphor and honouring the cycles within our brain and body I have compiled a useful tool for analysing your change, growth or simply life in general.

From a performance, growth, health and/or wellbeing perspective we will find it difficult to acknowledge change if we are blind to the process and the environment that we are living in.

So for a great marking of the equinox then please find your tool HERE

In order to grow then we have to be aware, we have to acknowledge, we have to accept and we have to appreciate how we are and how we got there.

There is no blame, shame or excuses that go on with this exercise, just an objective analysis on what we have done, particularly in the past six months.

Happy equinox to you all and I look forward to making the most of the coming winter months.

The season for enjoying the fullness of life - partaking of the harvest, sharing the harvest with others, and reinvesting and saving portions of the harvest for yet another season of growth.
