Ideas: Explore how to achieve your goals. Consider what you’ll gain and give.
Commitments: Create a clear plan with step-by-step actions, deadlines, and contingencies.
Journaling: Regularly write down thoughts, experiences, and feelings. Reflect on your day, decisions, and interactions.
Mindfulness Meditation: Practice mindfulness to increase self-awareness. Observe thoughts without judgment.
Critical Incident Reflection: Analyze significant events. Consider alternative actions and outcomes.
Question Assumptions: Challenge beliefs about yourself, others, or situations. Explore alternative perspectives.
