I love the idea of the grounding technique. Maybe a bit cold to try it now but the body scanning I will definitely do. I:ve done it before and it is amazing how you can isolate areas of the body and concentrate on each part in your mind. I haven't got to the talking to it stage yet but - baby steps !!

It is amazing how when we connect how things can improve! and you know I am a baby stepper all the way!
