Today is all about celebrating light.
You can do this outside or inside with a candle.
Go and find a shaft of light and focus on it for at least 30 seconds. You can light a candle and focus on the flame if that is easier.
Then for 30 seconds think about how light is present in your life. What information do you now have about light?
Write in your journal, sheets, or book. Write as little or as much as you need to. This is also instilling discipline into your days. You are following a process and noticing how that feels, looks and sounds like. It is all just information.
