Water is beneficial to our wellbeing. Just being by water can soothe our soul, regulated our emotions and hold our body.
Today I invite you to bring water into your experience.
You could bathe, swim, shower, paddle, wash, any which way with water.
Just spend five minutes with it and think of the following questions -
How do I feel?
How calm am I?
What really matters?
What can I let go of?
That is all.
Write in your journals, sheets or books anything that you have observed.
