Today is slightly unusual. However it is essential in cultivating healthy habits and practice.
It is practicing the art of saying no.
Humans do not like no, we are hard wired to get a stress response when we both say it and hear it.
So today practice for two minutes the art of saying no.
Think of all the ways in which you can say no.
Then say it.
Then write in your journal, sheets, book how no has left you feeling.
