Today I want you to embrace the salt. You can either have a salt bath a mixture of sea salts, Epsom salts and Himalayan salts are a great combination or just use whatever you have. If you do not have a bath then make a foot bath and just sit and enjoy the salty benefits.
Allow the negative ions to recharge your body.
