Day Twenty Two - Just look up

Today I would like you to complete a total of 10 just look ups.

They are as simple as they sound.

Stop what you are doing.

Go outside.

Just look up for 10 seconds.

Take a deep breath.

Then go back to what you were doing.

Spread them out along the day.

Looking up is good for your brain.

Even better if you ask yourself some questions whilst doing it-

What is out there?

How many stars can I not see as the sun is here?

How big is the universe?

What is my place within it?

All of these questions help to place you into context within your world. They along with the looking up help to inspire a feeling of awe and wonder in your body.
