You may have a plant in your home, or in your place of work or study, you may need to visit someone else’s plant. Any which way you need a plant.
Firstly take note of how you are feeling, really feeling, the state of mind, what inner talk is happening, how your body is feeling, what information do you have?
Take your hands and place them in the soil around the plant.
Start massaging your fingers in the soil.
Do this for at least 30 seconds.
Take some deep breaths.
Then take note of how you are feeling, really feeling, the state of mind, what inner talk is happening, how your body is feeling, what information do you have?
Record your information in your journals, sheets or book.
