Today I would like you to go outside and find a flower.
It can be any kind of flower.
Just go and focus on it for 60 seconds.
Then write for 60 seconds on what wisdom within you that the flower has released.
What can it tell you about beauty?
What can it tell you about growth?
What can it tell you about sustainability?
What can it tell you about usefulness?
What can it tell you about acceptance?
What can it tell you about letting go?
What do you now need to put into your journal, sheets or book?
See you tomorrow :-)
“I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.”
