Tree, forehead, 7 breaths, what is not to like?
Find a tree, it can be any tree, just make sure that it is one that you have an affinity with.
Put your chin down slightly so that your nose does not bump on the tree trunk. Then with your forehead touching the tree, breathe seven deep, slow breaths in and out.
Breathe in for seven, hold for seven, then breathe out for seven.
You can do this for just the 7 breaths or you can go on. Whichever feels good to you. You may want to open your senses to any information you get from the experiences, or you may just want to focus on connecting with the tree.
Again, it is up to you.
Write in your journal, your sheets or your book whatever you need to. Have you noticed any difference yet?
