Super simple today - get your essential oil, place four four drops on your hands. Rub your hands together to warm the oil then place the palms of your hands in from of your face.
Stay here and do seven long, deep breaths in and out.
Breathe in the scent from the oil.
Breathe out all that does not serve you anymore.
A gentle breath does powerful things.
