So today is the December Solstice where depending on if you are Northern or Southern Hemisphere you will either be letting the light back in, or preparing for the days to get less light.
Light is a huge part of homeostasis.
Did you know that if you got at least ten minutes of natural light as soon as you wake then that stimulates your serotonin production, which in turn supports melatonin in the evening?
Light also supports our vitamin D production.
Light also is the giver of life and energy for growth.
Balanced and from the right sources light is a healer, a teacher and sustenance.
So this third gift of December is all about light, wherever you are.
Your ‘Just Three Things’ for today are just this -
Sit in the light and enjoy a Tea, made of, and with, Love
For this tea you can either just purchase any tea that states it is love tea or you can brew your own.
For this you need the following
Apple, Lemon and Orange pieces, Hibiscus, Rose and a wee bit of Sage
Steep them all together in hot water for around six minutes.
Sit in the light and enjoy.

Get just Ten minutes of light for the next Ten days
For the next ten days this is a simple ask. Get outside as soon as the sun is up for just ten minutes. You can either use the time to walk, sit, garden, run, anything as long as you are outside. This is the best use of light in the day. To support balance especially between day and night.
