Limiting beliefs are anchored in neural pathways formed through repeated thoughts and experiences. Once established, these pathways influence our perceptions, decisions, and actions. However, the dynamic nature of the brain—known as neuroplasticity—offers optimism.
Through intentional practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and growth, we can rewire our neural pathways and transform limiting beliefs.
