Visualise Success: Close your eyes and vividly imagine achieving your goals. Feel the satisfaction, energy, and pride associated with your accomplishments.
Create a Reward System: Set up small rewards for yourself after completing specific milestones.
Accountability Partner: Find an accountability buddy. Knowing someone else is counting on you can boost motivation and make change more enjoyable.
Track Progress: Think about where you started from and where you are going. Seeing how far you’ve come can be incredibly motivating.
Positive Affirmations: Repeat positive affirmations related to your journey. Remind yourself of your strengths, resilience, and commitment.
Getting motivated is like starting the engine of your car and beginning to move
