Now I am a great fan of yoga nidra, I have been cultivating the art of balancing my nervous system from PTSD for years now and can advocate for its kindness.
Kindness is all about creating long term strategies for what your body and brain need not want.
Once you have enough kindness for yourself then you should cascade it outwards.
If you do not have enough kindness for yourself, then you need to question what you think is you being kind with others.
What could be your motivation? Is it truly kindness?
