There are eight sessions in the same format as GROWTH.

It is about the behaviour not the label

Learning all you need to know about your genome, how it interacts with the environment and what you can do to biohack it.
Session Five – Optimisation:
How to be the best version of yourself.
Session Six – Rhythms and Routines:
Do you know your cycle? Can you work it better?
Session Seven – Mastering Motivation:
Motivation is a brain function, begin to really master it.
Session Eight – Exit Strategy: Transformation by design
Create your best life, one step at a time.
Paid subscribers receive a workbook per session too, and there will be a whole week between releases to support you in completing the process.
