Optimism and Adaptability:
Thriving individuals tend to be optimistic, adaptable, and proactive. They enjoy learning and believe in their own abilities. These qualities contribute to resilience and growth.
Being optimistic is an antedote to helplessness and involves not just being realistic but having good intentions for the future.
Adaptability means having the flexibility to cope and manage within new operating systems. That you have a brief dip in output but then you can meet the different challenge and start to succeed at that.
What do you need to do to be more adaptable?
Sometimes it is about doing small tasks differently to allow the brain to increase it’s ability to flex.
Adaptability is not imitation. It means power of resistance and assimilation.
