Today we are moving onto planning and prioritisation.
The first thing I want you to consider is this -
Are you an all or nothing kind of person?
If you are then what I would like you to think about is what if you were neither all nor nothing? What if you were a bit of something? That everything little thing counts as a movement forward? How would that support a planning process?
If you are not an all or nothing person then I would like you to consider this to improve your planning. Could you mind map what importance looks like to you? Take a simple task and explore what is important about it and why that is. When we deconstruct and model our thoughts, behaviours and beliefs we start to understand why we are the way we are and what our potential barriers to improvement could be!
