That’s a good metaphor .. being ungrounded also manifests in inflammation in the mind and the body, being influenced by the environment in an unconscious, targeted at the limbic system kind of way, where there is unwellness that is generated from lack of good connection and an inability to see the wood for the trees!
I understand that completely.. as an aside non natural shoe soles are not helpful in keeping us grounded.. in fact they actively work against grounding which is evident when you look around.
The more I ground, the less I want to do anything else - it's so peaceful 😂😌

That's all really useful to know as it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking I'm grounded when I'm just on a high 🤸♂️
