It is all about the vibration so the louder you sing the more you vibrate that nerve! So if you have an exceeding sluggish vagus then you need more stringent vibration so raise the roof on that volume!

I’ve done a resounding medley of The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony, Wayne Newton - Danke Shoen followed by The Rolling Stones - Paint it Black … nothing like melodic dystopian undertones to get your vagus into shape 🤣 other tunes are available 😉
