How often should we listen to 40HZ frequency to get the benefits?
Daily if possible at first to balance yourself then 3/4 times a week at least! You only need 30 minutes to make a difference 😍

Sleeping 7-9 hours and 10 mins of cardio a day! So complicated to get into this routine ... I will get there.
