agree with Chiara it is so interesting- my difficulty is the aqua- I had it going really well for about a month then dropped off. Definitely aim to get back to that basic

It’s sooo interesting !!!

My main difficulties are:

Sleeping 7-9 hours and 10 mins of cardio a day! So complicated to get into this routine ... I will get there.
