Often the first thing we get in our heads is the truth … then the brain jumps in and tries to convince you otherwise… just take some time to get quiet and connect then just sit with what is being said… the body is kind and gives us information .. often the brain will want to keep us in familiar patterns and pathways even if they are not good for us. The brain loves familiar or dislikes different.

I love this! I hardly take time out of my day to listen to what my body is telling me, going to make a conscious effort to do this today
