Here we are up to 110 squats.
I know some of you are struggling with this.
To you I say just chip away, when you are just stood or just zoning out, squat.
Squat as if your life depends on it.
As research as shown that this particular exercise and how we perform it can predict unwellness, sickness, neurodegenerative diseases and a bad aging process.
To those who are on track, well done to you, consistency is key!
I have been doing the squats in addition to my usual daily workout and I have to say I have developed a slight achy burn in my glutes, so you are not alone if this is creating delayed onset muscle strain in you!
I was confused as I have not had DOMS in a while on my bottom half, but I am certainly feeling the burn of late!
Carry on, we have just 9 days left!

Have to confess I missed days 100, 105 and 110- am feeling slightly exhausted through work and life but will press on and do 115 today
Pulled a back muscle lifting my dog, so I’ve had to stop. Will restart when able to. 🙄😞
