Have to confess I missed days 100, 105 and 110- am feeling slightly exhausted through work and life but will press on and do 115 today

Do as Tina has done and watch someone else doing them! Seriously though Lisa well done for getting back to it... returning and doing is as important as consistency! Proud of you :-)

Pulled a back muscle lifting my dog, so I’ve had to stop. Will restart when able to. 🙄😞

Aw Tina that’s so sad… I’m going to set you a challenge as with our mirrors neuron system if we see something then our brain behaves as we are doing it. So my challenge is watch squats and see what that does for your brain 😀🤩🥰
