Ive done this twice today already!!

Will be use this week as im feeling out of control and will either lash out or self sabotage.

Will also try the walk backwards thing

And just remembered squats too

Thanks for sharing your wisdom and the simplicity of the little things within my control that make a difference

Interestingly I just read an article about ageing - one of the things they suggest you try is to count backwards whilst walking- to see if you can concentrate while maintaining balance to walk. I've just counted backwards from 100, sitting down and at first it feels weird, not being something I usually do. it reminded me of the sitting in silence for 5 minutes, when I got the hang of the counting I wanted to rush through it but managed to slow it down and take my time. Then I did 5 squats- so I'm on a roll for today!!

A good start to the day Lisa! Yes all work on the prefrontal cortex is neuroprotective! That’s why I’m determined to help people realise brain health is a must have not a nice to have
