I found difficult days 16 and 18 19. Mainly I didn’t make time for them. With limited time because of work and life routine I struggle to actually create the time for the activities and to have the mind space.
For squats: I am on it 100%... it gets harder but I am doing it !
The consistency of the squats will help you develop new neurons so that is a great thing! It is interesting how life does get in the way, and the way to think about this is to consider all the things in the day and see if they support your goals or detract. When we do that sometimes we can create more space and energy for things that are what we need to do :-)
