Honestly Lisa if you can only put one word down, one symbol or draw a doodle in representation of how you feel or what you want to express that is just perfect! We fluctuate and energy ebbs and flows so just start with the intention of kindness underpinning everything else. This is about small steps to get you the change you want! You have team magnificent right with you! 🥰

Am so looking forward to this- and yes I will journal and am happy to share- even if I don't journal daily hope that's okay- am getting a bit worried actually that I am already expecting too much. I should be anticipating not expecting I think? Will try and calm down over the next few days 😊
