Just a clarification. when I completed this exercise, I analysed two of my behaviours one that that can be classified a productive behaviour and one not really. is that ok? Or it meant to be only for those behaviours/patterns which we think are beneficial?

It is for any of your behaviours that you would either like to get rid of or do to more of... so you can see the patterns of why and how! Well done you! Love your commitment :-)
